Privacy notice

The workspace stores your account identifier, verified email, name, approval status, acceptance records, submitted documents, worlds, runs and assistant conversations. Resource access is restricted to its owner and authorized administration.

Clerk handles identity. Vercel and Neon host application records and private artifacts. Modal executes jobs. OpenAI and the selected OpenRouter model providers process the inputs required for the task. Provider processing and retention depend on the configured accounts and selected model route.

OpenAI hosts platform agent sessions and their working files separately from saved conversations. Removing application records alone does not remove these sessions; verified provider cleanup is required before deletion can finish. Historical execution records may also require cleanup by the service that originally stored them.

Operational records include job identifiers, errors and resource usage. Product analytics use content-free events; session replay is not enabled. Research text and credentials must not be sent to analytics.

Settings provide export and deletion controls. Deletion must finish across application storage and connected services; the application reports it as pending until verified. Provider-controlled retention and legal obligations may differ from application retention.

Version 2026-09-16. Provider regions, retention periods and this notice require operator review before opening access beyond the initial owner.
